Where do you ship from?

We are based in Duluth, MN and ship from our warehouse located there.

 

Do you drop ship?

If we don't have an item in stock we will drop ship it from our supplier.  Typically that ensures that you receive the item quicker.

 

Do you ship outside the US?

No, we only ship to US addresses at this time.

 

Can you help me determine what products I need for my application?

No, we assume that you have the knowledge - or are working with a professional that has the knowledge - to complete your project without our assistance. We do not offer product, system, or application advice.

 

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped.  We strive to ship quickly so it is likely that your order has shipped within a day or two of being placed.
